Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM | Every Other
Weekend & Every Other Holiday Position Overview HumanEdge is
seeking an experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse to join a
critical care team in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This position
involves managing high-acuity patients in a collaborative and
fast-paced ICU environment. Unit Details - Bed Count: 16-bed ICU -
Patient Ratio: 1:2 depending on acuity - EMR: Cerner
Responsibilities - Provide continuous monitoring of hemodynamics,
vitals, ECG, and neurological status - Manage central lines,
arterial lines, and titratable drips - Administer and safely handle
high-alert medications - Respond to Code Blue and ACLS emergencies
- Follow protocols including RASS, CAM-ICU, and CIWA - Perform
daily line/device assessments and infection prevention
(CLABSI/CAUTI protocols) - Collaborate with the healthcare team to
deliver evidence-based critical care Requirements - Active RN
License – Compact or PA state license - Minimum 1 year ICU
experience – Required - ACLS & BLS (AHA) – Required - Strong
experience with critical care protocols and titratable drips -
