restraints Description: Beautiful brand new facility. This is a
psychiatric facility that utilizes restraints. Candidates must have
experience with this practice. The facility treats adults to
geriatric patients and adolescents. Disorders and addictions
treated include mental health and behavioral disorders, as well as
substance abuse and addictions. Staffing ratios are approximately
1:20, depending on patient acuity. Documentation is conducted using
Epic, with paper charting for restraint management. The medication
system is Omnicell, with an onsite pharmacy available 24/7.
De-escalation training is offered during orientation. The facility
is located in a metropolitan area with recreational activities
