Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) with alternating weekends. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute inpatient rehab and possess the necessary skills to provide excellent patient care in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive care for patients undergoing rehabilitation. - Administer medications including anticoagulants, antiseizure medications, and diuretics. - Monitor patients' blood glucose levels and manage insulin protocols. - Perform venous blood draws and maintain IV therapy. - Conduct fall risk assessments and implement prevention strategies. - Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation processes. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapy and respiratory services. - Manage patients with diverse needs, including neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Current PA or Compact RN license. - BLS certification required. - 1 year of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation. - Experience in blood glucose monitoring and care management of ports. - Charge experience preferred. - First-time travelers accepted.
