areas /n What You’ll Do: /n - Diagnose and treat small animals (and
more, if you/n have a niche interest) /n - Communicate effectively
with clients about care plans /n - Work collaboratively with our
experienced team /n - Contribute to a positive and growth-minded
clinic/n culture /n Work/nSchedule: /n - Typical 4-day work week /n
- No on-call responsibilities /n - Flexible scheduling options
available /n Compensation: /n - Base salary of $110,000 – $125,000
/n - Production-based bonuses /n - $25,000 sign-on bonus /n -
Potential Ownership Interest: Provided you/n maintain continued
employment and good standing with the Hospital, you may/n be
permitted to participate in the JV Pathway to Partnership Program
or/n similar program which may prepare you to purchase an
agreed-upon ownership/n interest in the Hospital at a future date.
The terms of any such program/n are subject to change at the
Company’s discretion and without notice. The/n purchase of any
ownership interest shall be in accordance with any terms/n the
Board deems appropriate at such time in the future. /n - Generous
