Job Description:
ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med
Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Kingston,
Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg /
Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36
hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN
Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for
ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside
experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5
weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the
initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN
- Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to
7:00 AM • Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule •
13-week assignment with 48-hour guarantee available upon request •
Patient ratio of 1:6 with surge plan maximum of 1:7 • May float to
MS Telemetry unit • 1-2 years of nursing experience required • Must
have 1 year recent travel experience • Telemetry experience
required • BLS certification required • Cerner experience preferred
• Provide general medical administration and patient care • Remote
telemetry monitoring with monitor tech oversight • Care for
post-operative patients • Handle general Med Surg, post-op
surgical, bariatric, and oncology patients • Auto offers only - no
interviews required Facility: This 352-bed healthcare facility
features a 21-bed medical-surgical unit with a monthly volume of
585 patients. The organization provides comprehensive medical
services including general medical-surgical care, post-operative
surgical services, bariatric care, and oncology services. The
facility utilizes modern technology and maintains high standards of
patient care with structured monitoring systems and experienced
support staff. Location: Kingston, PA Kingston offers a convenient
