ASAP About the Position About the Role: As a Nurse Manager, you
will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring
nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional
outcomes while fostering a collaborative and supportive
environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team
of nursing professionals. Develop and implement policies and
procedures to enhance patient care. Monitor clinical performance
and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Manage
staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Foster a culture of
continuous improvement and professional growth. Requirements What
We’re Looking For: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC) ??
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) via CCI ? Proven experience in
a leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong
communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A
passion for mentoring and developing nursing talent.
