Job Description:
Facility in Williamsport is seeking a Board Certified or Board
Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician for
high-priority, full-time locum tenens coverage due to a turnover
vacancy. This opportunity offers weekday coverage with occasional
call weeks and strong multidisciplinary support in an inpatient
rehabilitation setting. Pay rate: $300/hr regular hours $400 night
call beeper fee $325/hr Call-back during night call Position

Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Location: Williamsport, PA
Start Date: March 1, 2026 End Date: August 31, 2026 Coverage Type:
Full-time locum (coverage of one FTE; may be split across providers
if needed) Trauma Level: Level II Schedule and Coverage Regular
schedule is Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, weekdays only.
Occasional call weeks are required in tandem with unit coverage.
During call weeks, responsibilities include: Night call Monday
Sunday from 4:30 PM 8:00 AM Daytime rounding Saturday and Sunday
from 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Estimated shifts per month: approximately 14.
Practice Environment The physician will not work solo and will have
APP/mid-level support available. Call coverage is provided via
telephone and beeper. EMR system: Epic. Reasonable driving distance
to the hospital is preferred. Patient Volume and Case Mix Typical
inpatient census includes up to 20 patients per day. Average daily
workload includes: 2 3 admissions 4 5 consults Patient population
is 100% adult. Common diagnoses include brain injury, stroke,
spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, myopathies, and
cardiac-related rehab. Clinical Responsibilities Daily rounding on
inpatient rehabilitation patients Completion of inpatient consults
Care coordination with multidisciplinary teams REQUIREMENTS
Pennsylvania medical license required (IMLC accepted; must be noted
at presentation). DEA required. BLS required. Minimum of 1 year
experience required. Privileges available include full and
temporary privileges. Estimated credentialing timeframe is
