Job Description:
3 days a week Does Provider need to be Board Certified Yes Are
Temp Privileges Available Yes Do you only want to see CV's with an
Active License Yes Coverage Type Scheduled Clinic Hours Only How
many Patients will Locum see per day 25 to 30 Is there rounding?
Yes Avg patients they round on? 5 to 10 per month How many calls do
they get while on call? 3 to 5 month How many hours does it take to
Round? 0-2 How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift?
0-2 EMR system in clinic and Hospital Meditech Is there support
staff? Yes, 4 nurse and 2 medical asst. Mid level available per
provider preference What type of Surgeries or Procedures do they
have to do See Attached Medical Staff Privliges bone marrow biopsy,
and infusion clinic oversight (approx 30% Oncology & Infusions 40
to 50%) injections monthly treatments/hematology general infusion
services. What Airport should they fly into Wilkes-Barre/Scranton
Airport (AVP) Do you have a preferred Hotel or contracted rate at a
hotel? No Is there anything else the Vendors need to know to find
the best candidate? Established Outpatient Practice which includes
an Infusion Clinic participation in Cancer Committee and Tumor
Board required.
