Job Description Certification Details - BLS - RN Licensed in New York State - PRI and Screen certification (required within 3 months) Job Details - Care Manager role in the Emergency Department (ED) setting. - Involves care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning. Job Requirements - Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. - Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning. - Computer literacy required. - Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program required. - RN license in the State of New York required. - PRI and Screen certification required within three months of employment. - Primary Source Verification of License and Registration from NYS Department of Education required. Schedule Information - Contract length is 13 weeks. Unit Specific Information - Emergency Department (ED) setting Additional Details - Preferred leadership experience. - Preferred education: Bachelors or Masters in Nursing. - Preferred certification: Case Management Certification.
