Assess patient conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting physical examinations. Develop treatment plans by identifying short and long-term goals and selecting appropriate therapeutic interventions. Provide direct patient care by implementing physical therapy treatments and educating patients and families. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
