As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist) who is passionate about working with children, values teamwork, and is ready to step into a full patient schedule from day one. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including diagnostics, preventive care, restorative treatment, and minor surgical procedures Create a calm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and parents Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and staff to deliver clear treatment plans and oral hygiene education Collaborate with a team of dental professionals, including EFDAs, general dentists, and oral surgeons Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance with clinical and ethical standards Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and exceptional patient service What You Bring DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry Current state dental license (or ability to obtain) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, efficient, high-quality care What We Offer Immediate patient flow — guaranteed full schedule for the first 3 months Competitive, uncapped compensation: Per diem 40% of collections Signing bonus and tuition loan assistance Health and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan CE and professional development support Modern facility with state-of-the-art technology Experienced support team including EFDAs and full business staff Limited insurance participation (no Medicaid/HMO) Flexible schedule — Full-time or Part-time available About the Practice Located in Central Pennsylvania with easy access to Hershey, Harrisburg, and Lancaster, our practice is deeply embedded in the local community and designed to support both patients and providers.
