Position Details: As part of the Clinical Administration team, you
will report to Chief Clinical Officer. You will be responsible for
driving revenue strategy, performance optimization, and financial
sustainability across clinical operations. This role partners
closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and clinical leadership to
improve productivity, payer performance, and operational efficiency
through data-driven insights and standardized processes. You will
ensure financial transparency, compliance, and applicable reporting
to support strategic decision-making and organizational growth.
This is an exempt, full-time position located (in our NYC
headquarters office. This position requires a minimum of four (4)
days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your
supervisor. You Will: Lead annual revenue strategy and stretch-goal
development aligned with organizational priorities. Analyze
productivity, payer mix, and margin trends to identify growth
opportunities. Partner with Finance on forecasting, revenue
tracking, and monthly/annual performance reviews. Improve clinician
utilization, scheduling efficiency, and billing accuracy through
standardized tools and processes. Support payer strategy, pricing,
and revenue-enhancing initiatives. Identify and reduce operational
inefficiencies, redundancies, and revenue leakage. Implement
standardized workflows that improve resource allocation and reduce
waste. Partner with Operations and IT to refine dashboards,
automate reporting, and streamline clinical workflow. Monitor and
improve key metrics such as revenue per clinician and cost per
visit. Ensure financial transparency and accountability across
clinical teams. Collaborate with Development and Marketing on
patient growth and revenue-related initiatives. Contribute to
financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case
development for new programs. Oversee production of accurate,
actionable productivity and revenue dashboards. Ensure compliance
with billing, privacy, and institutional policies. Prepare
financial presentations for the President's Cabinet You Have:
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare
administration, business administration, public administration,
finance). Additional healthcare management or finance credentials
are strongly preferred. Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience
in financial management or operations within healthcare or clinical
services. Proven track record in revenue optimization and
productivity improvement. Experience in multi-specialty outpatient
or behavioral health settings preferred. LI-hybrid. Our Benefits

Range The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as
candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related
skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business
considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In
addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment
(according to a specific city and state and depending on the role),
if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location
