Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily
living activities for clients. Administer medications and monitor
health conditions as directed. Assist with mobility and physical
exercises to promote client independence. Prepare nutritious meals
and assist with meal planning. Maintain a clean and safe living
environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients,
families, and healthcare professionals. Document care provided and
report any changes in client condition. Support emotional and
social needs through companionship and conversation. Requirements:
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
certification. Experience in home health care or a similar
caregiving role is preferred. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time
effectively. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help
others. Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible
hours. Background check and references required. CPR and First Aid
certification is a plus. English speaking/Bilingual About Us:
