Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 3 Other Info: Board Certified - Required Active NY license - Required Provider within driving distance - Highly preferred BLS, ACLS - Required Minimum Board Certification: BC EMR System: eCW clinical works OP and Quadramed IP
