Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 16 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Schedule: Part-Time | 2 Days per Week (Tuesday & Wednesday Required) *An occasional third day may be offered based on program needs and nurse availability. Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Setting: On-Site with Occasional Community-Based Responsibilities - This position plays a key role in helping seniors remain independent and supported in their homes and communities.
