Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Acute Care for a local contract nursing job in Paterson, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Acute Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Patterson, NJ. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12: 7pm - 7am. /n - Responsible for managing the care of adult and/or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions. /n - Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience. /n - Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing. /n - Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures. /n - /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n - Current New Jersey State RN license (or willingness to obtain). /n - 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty. /n - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. /n - ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. /n - PALS certification from the American Heart Association. /n - TNCC certification is required. /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
