Job Description Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per
diem Occupational Therapy (OT) position to join our team of skilled
therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility. /n Who we are: /n Sigma

Include: /n /n - /n Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop
appropriate physical rehabilitation plans /n /n - /n Relieve
resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching /n
/n - /n Help residents through their tasks and monitor their
performance /n /n - /n Supervise the activities of physical therapy
assistants /n /n - /n Maintain resident confidence & protects
facility by keeping information confidential /n /n - /n Complies
with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
/n /n - /n Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare
team members & contributes to team effort /n /n /n PT Requirements
Include /n /n - /n Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy
Program /n /n - /n Current New York State OT License /n /n /n What
