We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Director RN to oversee our healthcare team and ensure that all residents receive impeccable care and support. The successful candidate will manage nursing staff activities and coordinate a range of care programs while adhering to our values of respect, integrity, and exceptional service. Oversee the entire resident care department and ensure all regulatory and facility standards are met. Supervise and train a team of nurses and care staff, providing mentoring and professional development support. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs. Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, including maintaining resident confidentiality. Conduct regular staff evaluations to ensure adherence to facility standards. Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Clinical nursing knowledge and expertise in senior care Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations Proficient in healthcare management systems and record keeping Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR/BLS certification Previous experience in geriatric nursing preferred
