Job Description Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking
a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide early intervention services in
Schuylkill County, PA for children birth to 3 years old. This is a
per diem opportunity that can grow to as full of a caseload as
desired. Travel is required to home and community locations. /nMust
have some availability on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. /n
/nPerks:/n /n/t - This is a 1099 Independent contracting position,
allowing for greater flexibility. /n/t - PTS provides consistent
on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team
Leaders./n/t - Early Intervention Academy: We provide the support
and community a new Early Intervention therapist needs to feel
comfortable and be successful./n/t - Lending Library: PTS
recognizes the additional expense in providing evaluation
materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and
assessments for therapists to borrow as needed./n /n
/nResponsibilities:/n/n /n/t - Follow Individualized Family Service
Plans (IFSP) by providing physical therapy services to children
from birth to age 3 as well as consultation with the
family/caregivers and other team members to support the child in
reaching their specific developmental goals./n/t - Provide services
in homes, daycares and other community settings./n/t - Coach
families/caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate their
engagement and active involvement and transfer skills across
settings./n/t - Participate in IFSP and multi-disciplinary team
meetings to assist in evaluating student needs/progress and to
develop and/or revise individualized therapy interventions,
objectives, and goals./n/t - Compile, maintain, and file all
required student documentation and reports in compliance with
deadlines, HIPPA, and County/State/Federal regulations./n /n

Physical Therapist/n/t - Child Abuse, Federal, and State
Clearances/n/t - Pediatric CPR and First Aid for the HealthCare
