Job Description Family Medicine Physician (New Grads are Accepted) - Manhattan, NY Locations: Manhattan, NY and Williamsburg (Brooklyn), NY Employment Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM (3 shifts per week), every other weekend required About the Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care. The ideal candidate will deliver both primary and pediatric care, perform thorough evaluations, diagnose conditions, and create individualized treatment plans. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach. Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions - Develop personalized care and treatment plans - Provide ongoing follow-up and continuity of care - Collaborate with clinical team members to coordinate care - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR - Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and prevention - Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives Qualifications - MD with Board Certification in Family Medicine - Experience in primary care and pediatric care preferred - Strong diagnostic and clinical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHR) - Compassionate, patient-focused care philosophy - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
