PowerBack Rehabilitation invites applications for a skilled Respiratory Therapist dedicated to providing high-quality respiratory care as part of our multidisciplinary team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in our intensive rehabilitation treatments, helping patients recover and regain independence post-surgery, injury, or illness. As a Respiratory Therapist at PowerBack Rehabilitation, you will assess patient respiratory function, administer appropriate treatments, and collaborate closely with the entire healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes in our state-of-the-art facility. Assess and monitor patient respiratory function and progress. Administer and manage ventilator support and airway management for patients. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to customize patient care plans. Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols and regulations. Proficient in using ventilatory support systems and other respiratory care equipment. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
