Job Description Primary Care Facility Medical Director opportunity in Oxford, NY Great full-time (4 days per week) primary care medical director role providing patient care in a post-acute care setting in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in the Oxford, New York, area. You will round 4 days a week with the flexibility to choose your rounding schedule.
