Doctor of Medicine | Physical Medicine Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Tremont & New Rochelle, NY Full-Time / Part-Time Starting at $270,000 Quarterly RVU Bonus Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join our outpatient musculoskeletal practice. With offices in Tremont and New Rochelle, our practice offers a full range of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care and a collaborative, knowledgeable team of physicians, physical therapists, and medical technicians. Practice Specialties Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Interventional Pain Management Physical Therapy Workers’ Compensation & No-Fault Injury Care Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients needing physical therapy or pain management Diagnose pain resulting from injury, disease, or disabling conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform trigger point, soft tissue, and joint injections Lead and collaborate with medical staff, including physical therapists Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Conduct or supervise electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCV) Educate patients and families on treatment, self-care, and lifestyle adjustments Order and interpret imaging tests (X-rays, CT scans, Ultrasound, MRI) Recommend consultations with specialists as appropriate Prescribe orthotic devices and ensure proper fitting Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation Education & Requirements MD or DO Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (ABPMR) Experience in outpatient musculoskeletal practice preferred Experience with injections and pain management strategies Skills & Attributes Exceptional attention to detail Strong bedside manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Ability to work with patients of all ages Basic computer proficiency Physical Requirements Extensive standing and walking Ability to lift, position, push, or transfer patients (up to 35 lbs) Travel required between Tremont and New Rochelle Compensation & Benefits W2 Base Salary starting at $270,000 (commensurate with experience) Quarterly RVU-based productivity bonus Employee benefits package Paid Time Off Paid Company Holidays
