Job Description:
Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join
our team. This role involves assisting our physical therapists in
delivering treatment plans and therapy sessions to improve the
mobility, strength, and overall well-being of our residents. The
ideal candidate will be instrumental in helping patients achieve
their rehabilitation goals, adhering closely to protocols and care
standards set by our facility in conjunction with patient-specific
needs. Assist physical therapists in the administration of
interventions and treatments. Document patient responses to therapy
and communicate outcomes to the supervising therapist. Help in the
preparation of treatment areas and equipment. Educate patients and
family members about treatment plans and ongoing progress. Maintain
a clean and safe environment adhering to compliance and safety
policies. Ability to handle physical demands of the role such as
moving or lifting patients and equipment. Strong observational
skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using physical therapy
software and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical
Therapist Assistant in the state of employment. CPR/BLS
certification preferred.
