Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Lancaster, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description: We are seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology Physician for a long-term locum opportunity in Lancaster, PA. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic care and call coverage, working in a supportive environment with APPs and oncology-certified staff. Ideal for providers looking for consistent, full-time coverage in a collaborative setting. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to adult patients Manage both benign and malignant hematologic conditions and solid tumors Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and treatment planning Participate in call coverage including nights and weekends ? Collaborate with APPs, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams Requirements Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology ?? Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain DEA certification required Minimum 1 year of experience Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ? Full-time schedule with ongoing assignment (minimum 6 months) Night call: ~10 days/month | Weekend call: 2 weekends/month Benefits Benefits: Long-term assignment stability ?
