Job Description:
Resident Assistant The Resident Assistant is responsible for
providing day-to-day assistance to residents and ensuring their
well-being and safety. Arcadia is looking for Full-Time, Part-Time,

Description of responsibilities: Assists residents with activities
of daily living Engages residents in life skills and life
enrichment activities Help residents maintain independence,
promoting the dignity and safety of each resident Responds to call
bells promptly Notifies supervisor of resident change in condition
Serves and collects food trays Perform other duties as assigned
Required experience: High School Diploma or GED Must by 18 years of
age Direct Care Worker Certification or Nurse Aide Certification a
plus Previous experience working with a senior population Required
skills: Ability to communicate effectively speaking the primary
language of the residents Demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities Organizational and time
management skills Good judgement, problem solving and
decision-making skills Ability to remain calm in difficult
