Visiting Nurse Department is seeking a skilled per diem
Occupational Therapist provide therapeutic treatment in patient's
homes in Union County on varying days from 8am-4pm. Qualifications
Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients
in their homes Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED,
required Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, required Minimum
Experience: 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification: NJ License in Occupational Therapy, active
and in good standing BLS, preferred Valid and unrestricted Driver
License with a clean driving record, required.
