Well, you've just made a WINNING choice & C3i Solutions is looking for YOU!!**As Help Desk Analyst* you are responsible for resolving incoming telephone requests for technical assistance on standard commercial and proprietary applications. Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the Analyst - Help Desk role*. *All Analyst - Help Desk's are subject to shift changes to adapt to the business needs of the Service Desk. *NOTE: ONSITE POSITIONS ONLY - PITTSTON, PA*
* *Training Hours: PAID *Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (2-4 Weeks)
* *Start Date: AUGUST 29, 2022*
* *Shift: * FLEXIBLE *Rate of Pay: * $17.00 *We offer shift differential $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 8:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday and from 8:00pm Friday through 6:00am on Monday.**Education/Experience: *
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* Minimum of 6-12 months of previous call center or computer support experience *Skills Needed: *
* Strong Verbal/Written Communication
* Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Lotus Notes, and Internet applications
