Service Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a full-service restaurant. Strong commitment to outstanding guest service and hospitality. Ability to effectively resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards. Service Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience in a fast-paced dining environment. Familiarity with front-of-house operations and team leadership. Service Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style. Inspire, support, and coach the front-of-house team to deliver standout guest service. Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and positive interactions.
