Job Description:

A leading nonprofit is looking for a Talent Acquisition manager to Source and screen resumes, coordinate initial phone interviews and conduct calls, work with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and present offers and close acceptances. Someone who has strong full-cycle recruiting is needed!

Must Haves:
3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
High volume (25+) req. recruiting
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience using Paycor ATS
Non-profit experience
Call Center Recruiting experience
