Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with home health experience
for a full-time role in Albemarle, NC, covering Stanly, Montgomery,
and Davidson Counties.
Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in the home
setting, supporting both patients and their families.
Implement treatment plans, manage medications, and coordinate
medical needs, ensuring accurate documentation and billing.
Conduct assessments, approve care plans, and promote consumer
independence.
Qualifications include active RN license, at least 21 years old,
and a degree in nursing or related health field.
