Director APIs Developer Portals--(REMOTE POSITION!!)i,e : Mulesoft OR other Integration tools (ESB)This role will be required to provide API's to support Sterling National Bank's (SNB) strategic and tactical plans, particularly the Direct Bank go-to-market. In this position, you are part of the team which is building our API portfolio from inception to completion. You will work with clients, sales teams, product managers, internal teams as well as external partners to develop API requirements, understand opportunities to improve integrations and to focus on the developer's experience.--On a daily basis, you will participate in Agile development ceremonies and ensure sprint commitments are met.--You will own your pipeline and ensure all story acceptance criteria is well documented.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSterling National Bank has an amazing culture of collaboration. This includes defining product requirements and specifications.--- Produce and update developers'-oriented documentation and assets (business and technical) such as manuals, use cases, SDKs, etc.--- Experience must include API/Developer Portal (ANY OK! .e.g. MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform), with exposure to designing and developing discussions--- Deep understanding of developers and digital industry dynamics and competitive landscape**US Citizens or Green Card Holders only please
