.1st Infrastructure Support Engineer In USA - Software - NLP Business Workflow Automation Platform Start-Up .Salary $100-180k OTE + STOCK.

• Work closely with customers to understand their situation and provide proactive support around any areas of the platform e.g. debugging, architecture, performance, security etc..
• Be the first point of contact for customers - you will build reference solutions demonstrating the capability of the solution for customers to ensure they are solving problems in the best way possible.
• Given that this platform is customised by the end-user's development teams, you will be using your experience in software engineering to help them ensure their customer applications are able to run/perform successfully.
• You will be solution-led in your approach to provide continued guidance throughout their onboarding/implementation lifecycle and beyond. In order to apply for this role you will have the following experience:.
  • Currently either in a Software Engineering or Support engineer position working with an enterprise application
  • Strong background working in a Linux environment at Systems Administration level
  • Strong experience with Devops tools - e.g. puppet, docker
  • Good exposure/ability to work directly with customers who are looking to solve complex problems with technology
  • Relevant experience running and troubleshooting Kubernetes (k8s) clusters and containerized applications
