Your Mission:

assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Excellence: Under the mentorship of your sales
manager, be a lead generation maestro through field-based
prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Creative Sales Approaches: Devise and implement creative and
effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals that set you
apart in the industry.
- Training and Development: Work closely with leadership to hone
your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship
management. Participate in training opportunities and stay ahead of
industry trends.Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable successful business
customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned
environment.
- Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly
evolving environment, showcasing outstanding multitasking
abilities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering
outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and
oral communication skills are a must.
- Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and
closing skills that leave a lasting impression.Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)Preferred Skills:
- Experience in proposal writing: Demonstrated experience in
preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service
proposals and pricing quotations.
- CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such
as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to manage and maintain customer
records.
- Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience
leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of sales opportunities
including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate

pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual
pay will be based on various factors, such as work location,
qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be
above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular,
non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic
sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate
employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or
individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the
employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions
in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on
individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales
roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And
