Job Description Job Description Position Brand Description: The
Cyber Security Analyst will support local site operations while
working with global teams on alignment on strategies and areas
related but not limited to providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 operational
support for the company's network security, endpoint security,
enterprise logging, and cyber ops platforms. This includes triaging
issues, troubleshooting problems, resolving incidents, and driving
continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.
As a Cybersecurity analyst, you will be responsible for providing
technical support to customers experiencing issues with enterprise
security tools. You will work closely with our customers to
troubleshoot and resolve their problems, ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with
other members of the security operations team to identify trends
and patterns in customer issues, contributing to the improvement of
our products and services. Provide Technical Mentoring to other IT
staff. Key Objectives/Deliverables: Manage for Results /Strategic
Planning: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for network
security, endpoint security, enterprise logging, and cyber ops
platforms. Respond to support cases from customers regarding
security tool-related issues. Provide timely and effective
troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer problems, ensuring
high levels of customer satisfaction. Document support cases and
solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. Communicate
professionally and courteously with customers, keeping them updated
on the status of their cases. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including senior engineers and product managers, to escalate
and resolve complex issues and to coach IT peers related to
Cybersecurity. Contribute to the development of knowledge base
articles and other support resources. Lead technical mentoring for
of IT peers related to cybersecurity topics. Participate in
training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and
product knowledge. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
and best practices in security operations. Drive automation and
process improvement initiatives. Manage Relationships with Key
Stakeholders and Customers: Collaborate with cross-functional teams
and global partners for cybersecurity processes Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2
years IT or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years in
the Life Sciences industry. Must maintain excellent working
knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g. cGMP’s, 21 CFR Part
11, Computers Systems FDA) and other applicable regulations (e.g.
Privacy, OSHA, etc.) related to laboratory and/or manufacturing
environment and system applications. Fluent in Korean strongly
preferred. Ability to work on multiple concurrent project
initiatives. Experience with managing external (vendor, consultant)
business partners. Basic understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL,
etc.) and operating systems (Windows, etc.). Additional
Preferences: 2 years of work experience with Security Technology
Knowledge on Security tools example Splunk, Firewall, EDR
(Crowdstrike or any other), WAF (Cloudflare or any other WAF),
Zscalar OR any Security tools related to Network, Endpoint or
logging Knowledge on Cloud Security Experience working in a
technical support or helpdesk role is preferred Familiarity with
enterprise security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, web
application firewall, identity and access management solutions,
etc. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Proficiency in at least one scripting
language (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus Certifications such
as CompTIA Security, CISSP, CCSP or GIAC are advantageous but not
required Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical
approach to troubleshooting Adaptability and willingness to learn
new technologies and processes Commitment to providing exceptional
customer service and support This role is exempt and the
anticipated compensation for this role is $71,250 - $95,000
