position is responsible for conducting comprehensive and objective
internal Compliance investigations within the North America Ethics
& Business Integrity team. This position will work collaboratively
with all levels of the NA and Global E&BI team, Legal, People &
Culture, Finance and other functional and business areas to
investigate and remediate concerns. Integral parts of this role
beyond conducting investigations include effectively analyzing and
communicating results, findings, and themes to management and
working with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation
plans. The role will report to the E&BI Head of Investigations
and Monitoring, North America. This role exercises independent
judgment in assessing concerns and providing strategic oversight of
third parties assisting with compliance-related matters. We are an

: Conduct and document comprehensive and objective internal
Compliance investigations, both independently and in collaboration
with more senior investigators Prepare clear and concise written
summaries and reports Assist with triaging concerns Ability to
prioritize multiple investigations, investigative tasks, and
responsibilities in a fast- paced environment, while maintaining
positive collaborative relations with peers and various
stakeholders Coordinate and advise on remediation efforts
Effectively and regularly communicate results, findings, themes and
improvement opportunities to executives Maintain strict
confidentiality and discretion About You Required Educational
Background and Job-Related Experience: Bachelor's Degree Required,
Advanced Degree Preferred Proven experience with investigations or
audits focused on issues such as healthcare compliance, bribery,
corruption, fraud and/or white-collar investigations. Experience
utilizing incident management platforms/software, e-Discovery
platforms, data analytics, and forensic tools Demonstrated ability
to manage and lead change in a large, matrixed organization 8 years
of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years of life
sciences/pharmaceutical/healthcare experience Excellent written,
