responsible for managing product and documentation flow from
prestaging through quarantine, ensuring all items enter the
sterilization process nonsterile and exit properly sterilized. This
role requires the ability to read, understand, and follow detailed
procedures while working effectively in a team environment.
Warehouse experience and forklift operation are desirable.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a Hazmat physical. Job
Function - General: - Follows established procedures and guidelines
to manufacture the organizations products according to
specifications and schedules, volume, cost and waste tragets or
quality standards. - Operates machines/systems and production
equipment safely and in accordance with instructions. - Monitors
the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture
products. - Troubleshoots problems by contributing to team with
input, feedback and/or ideas for improvement. - Maintains accurate
daily production record so that manufacturing performance can be
collected and analyzed. - Focus on Sterilization processing. -
Higher level job functions may include training peers and assisting
in equipment maintenance. The job function listed is not exhaustive
and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the
Supervisor from time to time. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: -
Required to apply advanced working knowledge of technical
field/area of specialization. - Exercises general application of
principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action.

in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other

Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc Education and
Professional Knowledge: - High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent
required - 0-6 months related experience OR Technical requirements
completed and pass assessment at appropriate level. Problem
Solving: - May require some limited judgement in resolving problems

$22.52 plus shift differential The targeted range for this role
