Job Description:
Temp to Perm Role
Badger & Winters is looking for a freelance Senior Producer to join
the team. Ideal candidates are highly passionate for film,
photography and the creativity involved in putting together the
puzzle that is a successful production. They are excited by up and
coming talent & up to date on leading talent (including directors,
photographers & glam), knowledgeable in best practices and trends
in Production and believe that Production is as much of an art as
it is logistics.
You do more than just produce, your involvement evolves the
creative in a way that would not be possible without you. You have
a strong knowledge of production resources, a vast database of
vendors, and the passion to create top notch production
experiences. Your ability to help motivate, oversee and execute
projects within tight timelines is a must. This position requires a
confident personality, able to adapt and promote a happy work
environment.
Senior Producer candidates must have ample experience with &
confidence in overseeing complicated video & still productions,
with both large & small budgets, autonomously.
