Job Description:

Customer Scheduler needs experience
Customer Scheduler requires:
Data entry
Customer service
Scheduling
MS Office
Order processing
Strong communication skills including good verbal, written and listening skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Computer literacy
Experience in Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, a Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System is preferred

Customer Scheduler duties:
To serve as the Order Processor, Transportation Scheduler supporting the Mountain Top Service Center, Crestwood facilities as needed
Experience in Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, a Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System is preferred.
Work with Customer Account Specialists (CAS) on scheduling issues.
Schedule appointments in WMS on all load
Work with drop carriers to maintain trailer pool
Operate the Transportation Management System (TMS) to route orders.
Work and participate effectively in a team environment with diverse personalities.
Filing and record keeping.
