There is no on-site installation and signing up only takes two minutes. As such, we are a key part of the solution to mitigate global climate change.

Common Energy's board and advisors include executives from Facebook, Google and President Obama's cabinet. We are seeking a Head of Client Operations to help us scale our business.

The Role

Common Energy is looking for a Head of Client Operations to build and lead a team that develops and supports our core client (solar developer) & customer (end-user) operations and processes. In this role, you will work closely with our COO (your direct manager) to support and oversee all our partnerships, and also work with our CEO and COO on company-wide strategic initiatives to scale and broaden Common Energy's impact in delivering clean energy and lowering carbon emissions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and analysts to drive our operations
  • Develop and own strategic initiatives for Common Energy to expand our reach, improve our operations, and deliver more impact for our environment
  • Interface with our most senior solar developer and utility partners to ensure customers receive the appropriate energy allocation from clean energy projects
  • Collaborate with leaders across all other teams, including finance, sales, marketing and technology, to ensure flawless end-to-end service delivery and the implementation of companywide growth initiatives
  • Own our corporate data models and forecasts

    • You have 7+ years of work experience leading teams, developing strategies based on deep analytical insight, and implementing those strategies; ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity firm, or investment bank
    • You have permanent authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
