The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and organised individual to support our ambitious growth plans. As a member of the People team, your focus areas will be recruitment, creating an ideal candidate experience and employer brand whilst helping to establish new ways to attract the best candidates from all walks of life. This role will support hiring managers in London and New York to manage the recruitment process from end to end.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven and looking to make their mark, as you will be the first member of the Talent Acquisition team. In this role you'll be the candidates first exposure to Disperse, so we're looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and engaging.

You'll be tasked with supporting our hiring managers to hire the best talent out there and grow Disperse to the next level! You'll be responsible for:
Sourcing candidates and conducting first stage interviews across all departments
Business partnering with teams and helping to develop candidate profiles based on department and business needs
Helping to develop our employer branding to attract top talent
Posting job advertisements and constantly looking for new acquisition channels for Disperse
Owning the candidate experience to ensure our hiring experience is smooth, informative and fast
Advising hiring managers on best practice for selection criteria and planning interview processes

Requirements
2 years of professional experience in end to end recruitment, ideally including tech/IT positions
Keen interest in the start up scene, previous start up experience a plus
Comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
Familiar with sourcing tools, such as Xing, Linkedin, etc
Knowledge of recruiting metrics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to
Speaking another European language is a plus
