Job Title: Mountain Operations SupervisorDepartment: Mountain Operations/GroundsReports to: Director of Mountain OperationsThe Mountain Operations Supervisor will oversee and Manage Mountain Operations/Grounds Departments in Winter and Summer.Primary Responsibilities:

• Implements work tasks for the day.
• Ensures all staff are working in a safe manner and using applicable PPE's
• Ensures proper tools and supplies are gathered for the day and put away when completed.
• Communicates to the snowmaking manager any needs for the department.
• Assists in all tasks required of the Snowmaking Manager.
  Next Level Duties:
  • Hands on work with teams and manager.
  • Develops and actively, and effectively, uses Service Guidelines and Checklists.
  • Develops safe work practices for their department.
    Must Have Personal Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of snowmaking and/or mountain operations
    • Leadership, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
    • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply
