Job Description Function: The E-Commerce Product Sorter position
is an entry-level role performing a variety of duties to achieve
our common goal of selling donated items online for our retail
store teams. Duties and Responsibilities; Quickly and efficiently
process goods across all product categories as directed. Check the
condition of items to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of
work. Clean and prepare goods for sale as needed. Facilitate the
flow of goods to the listing stage. Ensure manifests align with
items as they arrive at the facility. Receive, move and place
carts, containers and barrels containing donations, trash, and
As-Is for processing in designated areas. Load and unload
containers and transport product to appropriate areas. Track
production output as well as product levels and record on
appropriate forms. Place appropriate storage labels on the
container. Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly manner with
clean-up activities performed throughout the day. Record assigned
metrics and complete daily reports. Required Qualifications: 1.

Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. 7. Excellent written
English skills. 8. Ability to conduct reliable research using the

photographic principles so as to operate a mid-level digital
camera, including the ability to upload pictures to a computer. 11.
Responsible and reliable and extremely organized. 12. Ability to
complete all assigned tasks quickly, and in an efficient manner,
adhering to departmental quotas. 13. Ability to understand and
adhere to policies and procedures. 14. Ability to lift merchandise
up to thirty pounds in weight. 15. Ability to push and/or pull
merchandise up to 200 lbs using warehouse equipment. 16. Ability to
work in a warehouse environment with exposure to various
temperature extremes (hot in summer, cold in winter), moderate dust
