Job Summary:
Ensures patients and visitors consistently and deliberately receive
a high level of customer service by providing a warm welcome and a
fond farewell when they arrive and depart from the hospital
campuses.
Education - Required:
* High School Diploma/GED
Experience - Required:
* 1 year as a receptionist, hospitality/hotel front desk, or
customer service representative.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
* Strong telephone etiquette and computer skills.
