**ROLE:** Responsible for physical movement of product from warehouse location or staging to loading to truck.

**Pay:** $19.02 - $20.52/hr (to start) PLUS **$3,000 Sign-on Bonus**

ADA - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must be able to:

--- Work 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts, standing and walking for extended periods

--- Climb

--- Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms

--- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

--- Lift and carry products weighing up to 60 lbs.

--- Distinguish colors of packing and labeling materials

--- Possess adequate ability to do problem solving and establish cause and affect relationships in an office and/or manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

**As a Forklift Operator you must:**

--- Maintain safe, clean and friendly work environment.

--- Pull orders according to pick lists as assigned by Supervisor.

--- Prepare labels and apply per instructions on packing lists.

--- Check pulled orders for accuracy (item, number of cases, and label) against pick lists.

--- Load and unload trucks with fork/clamp truck and hand stack where applicable.

--- Cycle counts of finished goods as assigned.

--- Ability to read and understand written specifications, procedures, safety issues and interpretation of diagrams for proper packaging

--- Ability to accurately control inventory throughout the entire process

--- Must be familiar with all FK products and product locator map

--- Supply product and bags to the printing department

--- Move boxes of finished product from conveyor to warehouse or other staging area

--- Perform daily housekeeping requirements in areas of responsibility.

--- Other duties as necessary.

**Qualifications**

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:**

--- High school diploma or equivalent experience

--- Basic math and computer skills

--- Forklift certification

--- Ability to safely operate a forklift

--- Good oral and written communication skills

--- Strong organizational skills

--- Ability to understand and use RF an WM system

**ADA - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

Must be able to:

--- Work an 8 to 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods

--- Climb

--- Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms.

--- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

--- Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifts up to 75 lbs. All lifts over 75 lbs require 2-person lift or mechanical assistance.

--- Possess an adequate ability to do problem solving and establish cause and effect relationships in an office and/or manufacturing environment.
