Avenues Recovery of Lake Ariel, PA is seeking to hire an Alumni
Coordinator! We are looking for the candidate that enjoy making a

one-of-a-kind medical and clinical team.Alumni Coordinator Role:
Alumni Program Management
- Enroll Avenues clients in Alumni Program and Social Media
groups prior to discharge.
- Conduct Alumni follow up calls.
- Maintain records of client progress post discharge in Sales
Force.
- Coordinate and facilitate Alumni Support Group held in-facility
1-2x per month.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute series of alumni engagement
activities to cultivate a peer community that celebrates and
supports each other in recovery.
- Manage logistics for alumni events, lectures, meetings,
outings, etc.Clinical Alumni Engagement
- Meet with every Avenues client immediately prior to
discharge.
- Ensure Alumni remain connected to the Avenues Program and Sober
Peers
- Maintain a trusting and supportive relationship through ongoing
calls.
- Engage each attendee personally and in a meaningful way to
cultivate a sense of belonging at Avenues Alumni events
- Provide clinical support and resources to address Alumni needs
in collaboration with clinical director and care advocate.
- Connect Alumni to admissions if they need to re-admit for
clinical treatment.
- Facilitate Avenues weekend programming and in-house Avenue's
meetings to contribute to clinical programming and build
relationships with clients while still in treatment.
- Confirm releases are signed and ensure discharge summary
paperwork is completedAlumni Outreach
- Manage Avenues alumni Social Media pages
- Facilitate regular social media posts- thought provoking
questions, memes, inspiration, articles- anything that will spark
engagement of alumni.
- Cultivate and contribute to a culture that celebrates recovery
and a commitment to the Avenues mission.
- Submit recommendation for Alumni program involvement or
potential staff recruits to executive and clinical directors.
- Facilitate weekly calls to alumni, assessing progress and any
possible needs.
- Cultivate relationships with local partners and Avenues friends
by engaging them in Alumni programming and events.

EducationGraduation from High School or GED/Bachelor's DegreeMust
be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English
languageRequired ExperienceA minimum of 1-year experience in
treatment industry.Licensure/CertificationCurrent and valid state
issued driver's licenseValid CPR certification and First
