Job Description:

Skilled Nursing Facility - We are seeking an Entry-Level IT support specialist. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision and possess a high level of customer service skill. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also crucial, as well as being able to work with technical and non-technical staff. Work is onsite and in our other PA NUrsing homes
IT Support Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve staff IT issues
Basic network troubleshooting and installation
PC support and installation
Microsoft Office 365

IT Support Requirements:

- Basic network troubleshooting and installation
- Onsite and remote support for software and hardware
- Excellent customer service and communication: email, ticketing, and in-person
- Self-motivated with good time management
