$16 per hour! #perdeim #flexible #balanceJoin our Residential Program to support individuals with developmental disabilities with their daily living activities, creating opportunities to be full and engaged members of their communities. Our Direct Support Professional staff work as part of a team in a group home setting, supporting residents with household tasks such as meal planning and preparation, laundry and light housework, as well as assisting with personal care as required.Relief Direct Support Professionals are able to build flexible schedules that fit their availability; covering shifts as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities may include cooking, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, laundry, etc. Will also assist individuals living in the residence with eating, getting in and out of wheelchair, bathing, etc. as needed.High school diploma or equivalent is required.
