Catbird is looking for experienced Key Holders to join our retail team in NYC. As a Key Holder, you will be a leader on our store team assisting with the store operations and supervision of staff. Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customers
• Weld Catbird's forever jewelry line onto our customers
• Maintain Catbird's high quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work.
• Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store.
• Assists with supervising and training Sales Associates/Zappers
• Open and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures.
• Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully.Our Ideal Candidate
  • Retail leadership experience required
  • Ability to prioritize during busy time
  • Flexible in regards to both scheduling and location
  • Jewelry experience a plus
  • Looking for someone who understands that customer service is the MOST important thing.
  • Someone who is nice, friendly, easy to get along with and has a good measure of common sense.
