Career Opportunities with Manhattan UniversityThe Department of
Computer Science at Manhattan University is seeking an adjunct
instructor to teach two sections of "Object-Oriented Design with
Java" (an undergraduate course for Computer Science sophomores
familiar with object-oriented programming in C++) for Fall 2024 &
2025.The scheduled class times are:
- Tuesday and Friday 11:00am-12:15pm and 12:30pm-1:45pmThis
schedule is fixed and cannot be changed.Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: MS in Computer Science or a related
field.
- Preferred qualifications: Teaching experience in higher
education (especially teaching Java to Computer Science majors) or
relevant industry experience.Compensation:Pay rates for one
undergraduate 3-credit section:
- Adjunct Associate Professor (PhD): $4,726.94
- Adjunct Professor (PhD): $4,875.13Application
